Resort Rules & Operating Policy
Any & All breach of the following “Resort Rules & Operating Policies” could forfeit the combined Security Damage Deposit as consideration for “Punitive Damages” from all the registered guests on the Rental Contract.
“Total Charge” stated on the attached Rental Contract herein is fixed & firm once signed & secured with the Tenant/Renter and their listed guests.
"No Refund Policy” is the responsibility of the Tenant/Renter stated herein to collect the required funds from each of the listed guests.

River Resort Inc. a mandatory Refundable Security Damage Deposit – SCA* prior to check-in .
Large Groups are required to make a consolidated/villa Cash Deposit near you. No listed Guests allowed entering the Resort/ Villa without Photo ID & the required Security Damage Deposit. Tenant Renter & Co-Applicants are required to be of age 18+ on check-in day.

Service Fee, due upon check-in.
Age 21 & under Groups = Refundable: $ 100.00/Person - less a $ 10.00/person, Resort Services Fee.
Age 22 & over Groups = Refundable: $ 50.00/Person - less a $ 10.00/person, Resort Services Fee.
Family Refundable $ 500.00/villa – SCA*………………..……+ plus a $ 10.00/Person, Resort Service fee.
Resort Service fee = Max. 5 Parking Permits , bedding & linen & laundry & Housekeeping after check-outs & Security monitoring services. Security/Management will issue each listed Guest a Wasaga River Resort Wristband in consideration for their required payment of Security damage Deposit that may Be Full or Partially Refundable based on, but not limited to the following Terms & Conditions.
NO BOTTLE/GLASS ALOWED ANY WHERE ON OUTDOOR AREA’S OF THE RESORT PROPERTY, GUESTS THAT VIOLATE THIS POLICY WILL BE REMOVED FROM RESORT PROPERTY WITHOUT REFUND- NO EXCEPTIONS- CANS & PLASTIC CUPS OR BOTTLES ARE ACCEPTABLE.
NO VISITORS ALLOWED ON RESORT PROPERTY AT ANY TIME, IF ANY LISTED GUESTS ALLOWS OR CALLS PERSONS TO COME TO RESORT OR ENTER THEIR VILLA WILL BE REMOVED BY SECURITY/POLICE WITH THAT UNAUTHORIZED VISITOR WITHOUT REFUND AND COULD BE CHARGED.
NO LOUD MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME ON RESORT PROPERTY. NO MUSIC OF ANY KIND AFTER 11 PM – WASAGA Beach = By-Law-92010. Any third party complaints, Any & all Registered Guests will be issued a single, 1 warning from Security /Management or Wasaga By-Law Officers/Police, On a second call all Registered Guests will be issued a $102.00 Fine by Town By-Law Officers/Police & can & Will call for complete Eviction of all the villa occupants without any Refund. Wasaga River Resort - Security/ Management/Police Reserves the right to remove any & all Individual(s) at any time from resort property in Breach of any policy stated herein.
Management `Reserves the Right` to enter any villa deemed Emergency situation from complaints, loud, foul, abusive behaviour, fighting, vandalism and will remove any and or all occupants from resort property at any time without refund. Wasaga Beach - Firm but Fair Policy.
Wasaga River Resort Inc, Staff, Management & Security & Property Owners, will not be held liable or responsible for any theft, accidents, personal injury or equipment failure & under legal age alcohol or drug consumption or possession. Abusive disorderly drunks will be removed from Resort Property without refund . Any Vandals & Trespassers will be charged & prosecuted in a court of law at their expense.
No gathering or car parties or music in villa front yard area at any time, 1 warning rule applies violators will be removed without refund. Any Unauthorized vehicles in villa parking area or any vehicle front of resort gates will be towed away at owner`s expense - TOW AWAY ZONE.
Each Resort villa - Max. 5 Parking Permits issued - RSF – No Exceptions - All others will be towed away at owners Expense - Strictly Enforced. All Villas to be left in very tidy & Litter Free manner for consideration of part or full Security Damage Deposit Refund – Management & Housekeeping will determine & assess Damages & Excessive clean-up - surcharge to the Security / damage Deposit for any breach herein. All Garbage in dumpster & recycling bottles, cans, containers to be placed in proper designated area & all villa Front & Back areas, decks to be strictly kept in orderly tidy, litter free manner at all times by all registered guests for consideration of any or partial S/D Refund. Per Person Clean up service charge will apply & deducted from each registered guests for non –compliance- 1 Warning Rule Applies.
